Delivery of orders in Ukraine:
We send goods all over Ukraine using the Nova Poshta courier service. Delivery is carried out within 1-2 days from the date of order. Delivery by courier is possible in Kyiv (by individual agreement).
Delivery of international orders
We deliver orders all over the world using the State Post of Ukraine. Delivery time is from fourteen business days.

Delivery within Ukraine costs from 35 to 100 hryvnias. It all depends on the product.

The exchange and return of goods of good quality is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The exchange and return of goods is carried out if the specified goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels and original packaging are preserved, as well as in the presence of a document confirming the fact of purchase.

You can send the goods to the post office at the address specified in your waybill. Transportation costs are borne by the customer

The sender bears the costs associated with sending the goods when they are returned.

To return an item, you must provide a receipt. After sending the parcel, please provide us with the invoice number so that we can track and receive the parcel in a timely manner.

In this case, you need to return the product. If we have the same product, we will exchange it for a similar one. No additional discounts are provided. We will send you a detailed description of how to return the goods and to what address to your email address or in an SMS message.

The colors of all products are true, sometimes there may be a slight difference in color, which depends on the brightness settings of the screen from which you are viewing the product and the correction of the photo.
