Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange any item purchased from us within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.Exchange and return of goods of good quality is possible only if the item has a marketable condition, all accompanying tags and has not been used.Importantly, all costs associated with the return / exchange of goods of good quality purchased in the online store are borne by the buyer.

Warning:
ВIf the recipient's data is incorrect, we cannot guarantee delivery of the parcel to our warehouse.

It is possible to return an item of good quality only if its consumer properties and presentation are preserved (no traces of wear, original labels and tags);

• The refund period for the purchased goods is up to 10 banking days (calculated from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the warehouse together with the completed return application) to a bank card;
• The goods with defects / incorrect configuration (goods that you did not order, or the size does not match the ordered one) must be returned to us with the original labels and in the original packaging;
• We will bear the cost of shipping the goods of inadequate quality. For this purpose, you must provide a shipping receipt attached to the completed return form;
